We made it safely from Port-au-Prince to Miami to Toronto, but our flight home to Fredericton was cancelled and we flew home the next morning. Now we are all safely home. I must say it is a bit of a shock, though, to go from 30+ degrees and sun to a snow storm….brrrr!!
It was a great trip! I want to thank everyone who came with us, especially mayor Woodside. I also want to thank World Vision Haiti for being such excellent hosts.
This trip has generated lots of ideas for new ways we can support Cobocol. Stay tuned over the next few weeks and months as we develop and roll out these new projects.
