I attended the Haiti event in Chipman on Sunday night. It was great! Laura Chatterton recounted her experiences during our recent trip to Haiti. It was informative as she described the various agriculture, education and health programs we visited. It was humorous as she described the challenging roads and the other adventures we encountered. It was touching as she described meeting her sponsored child. She concluded with a heartfelt plea to the community of Chipman to open their hearts, and to move closer towards their goal of sponsoring 50 children in the Cobocol Area Development Project. It was an inspiring evening, filled with a sense of hope and opportunity.
